| Article number: kb-27 | Q. What Is This Pending Credits That I See In My Account?
A. Pending Credits Are Credits That Have Been Added To Your Account By Support Staff But Pending Activation By Administrator. They could be activated or cancelled. These are handled on case by case basis through ticket based Support Desk so feel free to Log A Ticket to Support Desk in case you need any clarificatiosn with respect to your account.
However, it would be under a very rare case that you would see a Non Zero Pending Credits in your account.
