Article number: kb-10 | Q. Why Am I Not Able to perform Backup and restore from my cPanel?
A. This is because Backup and Restore are only provided on Accounts which have purchased that option. In that event also, we do all the hard work of backing up and restoring. In case you have purchased Remote backup service and would want a restore, just Open a Support Ticket and we shall do the rest.
