A. Breach Of TOS/AUP for any service/ components of service unfortunately has that cost to you. You shouldn't have taken the chance with TOS/AUP just for adventurism.
We would not love to have clients who would just be interested in breaking the TOS/AUP. Nowhere in the world are refunds offered under such circumstances.
