Q. How do I log a Support Ticket?

A. Steps are as follows:

  1. Login to your Customer Account at
    Hostings Dot In
  2. You would see a Drop Down menu with Menu Select displayed
  3. Select Support System from the drop down menu
  4. Click On Open New Ticket
  5. Fill up all the details and hit Add Ticket

Please try to provide as much details of the issues that you would want us to attend to. Please note that except for hosting issues all custom support requests would be forwarded to Quote Manager for providing a Quote for work so response maybe delayed in that case. Minimum billing is INR 1000.00 per instance of such support.
