Article number: kb-57 | Q. The admin contact e-mail on the domain is invalid. What do I do?
A. If domain is registered though us, open a support ticket and we shall have the lock removed so that you can update the records from your account area at HOSTINGS DOT IN
if the domain is registered elsewhere then, Update the admin contact e-mail or arrange with your current registrar to do so. Contact your current registrar regarding how to do it. Remeber many a times the domain resellers do not give you domain management control panel access so that they can "Illegally" hold your domain hostage. That's what these other companies do who sell domain a few dollars cheaper and you feel happy that you saved a dollar but in long run it could also mean losing your domain altogether. We have seen numerous instances where client lost the domain either because the reseller disappeared, or refused to update just because you were shifting hosting away from that company.
