| Article number: kb-55 | Q. I just want domain renewal and not hosting. Can I do that?
A. No. We do not offer any service where only domain booking or renewal is desired unless the domain is renewed or booked for 10 year period. If domain only booking or renewal is desired for less than maximum number of years for that extension, we refuse that order.
In case you had bought a hosting package and now want to renew only domain please have your domain transferred to some other registrar. We shall assist you in domain transfer as per ICANN Rules. Please read ICANN Rules with respect to domain transfers. If less than 45 days are left for domain renewal or not more than 60 days have passed after renewal, then you cannot even transfer the domain to other registrar as per ICANN Rules. We adhere to ICANN regulations like most other professional companies do and please do not Contact Us for matters which would tantamount to defying ICANN Rules and Regulations.
