| Article number: kb-54 | Q. My Reseller Account Is Due For Renewal But My Space Requirement Is Lower. Can You Downgrade my account?
A. We do not have any reseller package less than 5 GB. So if that's the package that you ordered, then you would have to renew that. Technically and practically if one cannot sell 50 accounts as a reseller we would not want to have such a reseller.
If you ahev 10GB reseller package and would want to downgrade to 5 GB, please open a support ticket. 30$ shall be the charges payable as it is a new setup that has to be done even though it is a downgrade.
